Tarrant County Foreclosures
For those of you who don’t know, Fort Worth, Texas has the dubious honor of being the Foreclosure Capital of Texas (and occassionally the US). This means there are HUUUUGE numbers of foreclosures out there waiting for investors to turn them into “deals.” If you have not already done so, educate yourselves on Short Sales and REOs. The coming months are going to get worse (meaning significantly MORE foreclosures) before they get better. If you need help determining which Short Sale or REO books / courses to look into, drop me a line and I’ll share with you what I know. Happy Investing! Greg.
